If this game was PC exclusive, none of this would be a problem and CDPR wouldn’t have to debase themselves. Its saddening.

Actually PS4 is = to PC high settings. Regardless every platform will leave a lot to be desired, PC included.

Hardware in 10+ years from now will be decent, hopefully. Now, they all suck.
