It’s pretty simple. AMD owner or older card owner starts buying games that just dont perform and they decide its time to upgrade. Pull up benchmark data for latest games, see nvidia win them all for reasons that might actually be synthetic much like benchmark hacks and then they go buy a new nvidia card.

Expect batman to also run horribly on AMD cards. It is after all a pack in game for the 970&980. Project cars didn’t get pack in treatment but nvidia logos are plastered on every damn track in the game and the title screen. Weird….nah. I see PlayStation logos in all my xbox games. And xbox logos in all my Nintendo games.
