We have reported how THQ is in deep trouble over here, and that they have finally confirmed that all these reports are true.
They have sacked 240 employees and and the CEO of THQ, Brian Farrell also got his pay cut by half.
The company is in dire straits with almost on verge of NASDAQ delisting, and it remains to be seen how they bounce back.
His annual pay of $718,500 was cut to $359,250.
This information was revealed via their regulatory filing.
It remains to be seen whether they are bought out by another company and what happens to their studios like Volition which released the amazing Saints Row 3.
