The footage from the Watch Dogs demo on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon was running on a PS4 devkit. And it looked fantastic. I suspect it’s more than just the hardware.

Why? The PC version was the one they showed off back then and the PC version still looks every bit as good as it did then. The PS4 version they started showing off recently is the one that looks massively downgraded and that should come as no surprise knowing the hardware inside it.
