					<description><![CDATA[One of the strongest freauets of Depiction is OFFLINE usage. All saved elements in a depiction or story can be reopened and explored while being completely offline. This includes background tiling, be it NAIP satellite imagery or USGS Topo imagery or OpenStreetMap map images.Depiction does this by  caching&#039; tiles of these images while the user was online. As long as the user explored (by zooming and panning at various levels of resolution) a particular geographic area, those areas and those images will be available to the user while offline.]]></description>
