Yup. I’ve never bought a system over another, based on its specs, if its hardware advantage wasn’t straight up obvious. That’s why, for me, the resolution issue is a, non issue……I can’t see what there is to brag about. And I feel most people cannot either. Like how IGN swore the PS4 version of Ghosts looked better in 1080p, but was really 720 pre-patch. Funny stuff dude.

I tell people who ask me what’s the better system; ok, the one that has 1) The better exclusives 2) The online network and services 3) The controller. That’s the system u should choose. Boom

Its obvious that people who hate Xbox just believe that whatever Xbox One does, PS4 should do better. So if an XB1 game was 1080p/60fps, the PS4 should have an extra rock on the ground or something. Its just dumb. Both systems have limitations and the multiplat games will more often than not, look extremely close if not identical.

Well, WatchDogs was 900p on the PS4 as well, with lots of NPCs on screen. That was marketed by Sony. Why wasn’t that rendering native 1080p?

Gimped? I laugh whenever I see people say that because they don’t know if its true and they also can’t see a difference between 900p upscaled to 1080p or native 1080p. Also, how did Ubisoft try to keep parity with the different versions of Watchdogs since PS4 got the exclusive content and promotion on that game?
