UK Charts: FIFA 18 Continues Reign, Grand Theft Auto 5 Moves Up

Metal Gear Survive debuts in sixth place despite near universal dislike.

The latest Gfk Chart-Track data is in for the prior week and surprising no one, FIFA 18 still holds on to the number one spot. It’s been just a week but Warhorse Studios’ Kingdom Come: Deliverance, despite selling 1 million units in a matter of days worldwide, has already dropped out of the top 10.

In second place instead there’s Grand Theft Auto 5 which continues its death grip on the top 10 chart, refusing to let go. Call of Duty: WW2 follows it in third place while Monster Hunter: World is in fourth, continuing its strong sales since launching in late January. EA Sports UFC 3 is in fifth place.

Among the debuting titles this week is Metal Gear Survive in sixth place. Considering how widely panned it was even before release, that’s not completely terrible. Actual sales numbers will tell a different story though. Shadow of the Colossus on PS4, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey and Assassin’s Creed Origins round out the remaining top ten.
