Despite a reduction in sales and distaste towards its multiplayer, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare continues to reign sales charts in the UK. Gfk Chart-Track revealed that the futuristic first person shooter is now the seventh title in the franchise to claim the number one spot in Christmas week.
FIFA 17 is in second place followed by Battlefield 1 so the usual players are still maintaining their stranglehold on the top five. Meanwhile, Watch Dogs 2 managed to move up to fourth place this week followed by Grand Theft Auto 5. Final Fantasy 15 is in sixth place, The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Edition is in seventh and Dishonored 2 is in eight. Interestingly enough, Ubisoft’s open world winter sports title Steep finally managed to enter the top ten at ninth place. Mafia 3 rounded out the rest of the charts.
