UK Game Sales: Dishonored 2 Down 38 Percent From Original

Sequel debuts only in fourth place for UK.

Arkane Studios’ Dishonored 2 was one of the bigger sequels to release this year but now that it’s finally available, it only managed to debut at fourth place in the UK sales charts according to Gfk Chart-Track.

Sales were down by 38 percent compared to the first game but there’s plenty of competition to draw attention away. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is still in the top spot (despite first week sales being 50 percent lower than last year’s Black Ops 3) followed by FIFA 17 and Battlefield 1. The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition is in fifth place.

Forza Horizon 3 is in sixth place followed by Overwatch in seventh place. Titanfall 2, another sequel that didn’t quite live up to the original’s sales in the first week of its release, is in eighth place. LEGO Dimensions and Star Wars Battlefront round out the rest of the chart.
