You and I have clashed in the past, and the only thing I respond to is things I have read or sources. Have you heard the latest rumor about Nintendo NX? AMD apparently won the NX order seen here: https://mynintendonews.com/2016/08/12/amd-has-won-an-order-for-the-nx/ which upon further digging I found this link on reddit which claimed back in 2014 that the NX will be a handheld (to take on the go) and also have…wait for it…. BASE UNIT. Now if AMD won the Order for the NX and Nvidia is supplying the chips, the NX is ONLY the handheld to the BASE unit of the NX. Which means this article on reddit claims the NX (handheld) will be on par with XBOX ONE running at 900p 60fps..not bad for a handheld. Now if this is true of the AMD then the Home Unit will run GPGPU: Custom Radeon HD RX 200 GPU CODENAME LADY (2816 shaders @ 960 MHz, 4.60 TFLOP/s
This reddit seems legit especially with recent news on AMD released today. And if true the Scorpio will be running at 6 Teraflops, the Nintendo NX(home unit) will run at 4.60………….and the PSNEO will run at 4.1. Maybe this is why Sony is recently rumored to postpone their system and make it stronger….because if all this is true then Sony is coming in 3rd as far as horsepower.
