Warhammer Vermintide 2

Fatshark’s Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will be releasing on March 8th for PC. Release dates for the Xbox One and PS4 versions have yet to be announced but at least Steam players won’t have to wait long for their fix of co-op hacking, slashing and shooting.

Furthermore, the developer announced upcoming dates for its betas. The closed beta will be available on February 22nd to all those who signed up. If you pre-order the game, you get access to another beta that takes place on February 22nd. Those who wish to sign up for the Xbox One and PS4 closed betas can do so here and here. Steam pre-orders will also receive a 10 percent discount along with pre-order beta access.

While the first closed beta will not see your progress carry over, the pre-order beta will. Think of it as a way to get some early playtime in (unless something goes horribly wrong on the technical end). For more information on the kind of gameplay to expect, the developer has released a new video showcasing the battle against Skaven and Chaos forces.
