xbox started earlier yes but i think sony caught up with it by releasing better exclusives. and having a blu-ray. i think xbox is strugling now, if it wasnt for the kinect.

yeah..sony dont know what there doing with the ps3..
i mean..its not like the ps1 saw off the sega saturn…n64…
n i guess the ps2 doesnt mentioning (still selling games now) its out shone everything…
yeah i think the ps3 will do fine….

blah blah sales. here’s what i remember about the 360 release date: red ring of death and the hilarity that ensued. sure they got the console out, but mine became a paperweight. people also like to talk about the price tag of the 360, but if you like to play online you’ll end up spending quite a bit more than the cost of a PS3. besides that, it’s nice to be able to buy one machine to do all my entertainment work.

So what was the point of this article? Sony has been in the gaming industry longer then Microsoft, so I think the PlayStation brand isn’t going anywhere.

In reply to Joe. Both systems have their pros and cons but because many 360 'exclusives' like Splinter Cell and Left 4 Dead come out on pc as well. If you can only afford to get one console (like me), and you already have a pc (like me and practically everybody else) it makes more sense to go for the PS3. Put simply, the xbox doesn't offer me any games, that I want, that I can't get for the PC.
