In reply to <a href="https://gamingbolt.com/wired-confirms-that-xbox-one-will-block-used-games#comment-196111">Dan Hammer</a>.

How could services like gamefly work around this? Is this basically also saying we can no longer rent games like we have since the beginning of the home gaming industry? The only way I can see around this is if we also have to pay microsoft a fee on top of our monthly fee we already pay for gamefly, just like people did this gen with the 360..,,sounds like the same old Microsoft, par for the course...this system is most definitely off my radar...the 15 exclusive games thing was promising, but I'm of the mind this will be more of what the 360 was, either "exclusive" only for a cpl years a la mass effect & bioshock, or just trash mini games or kinect fare the likes of which we see every time an Xbox fanboy tries to line the number of exclusives it has up with playstation, "see, we have a lot of exclusives too!", yes but do you play any of that stuff?....,.,not really no, but somebody might

So basically, you need an internet connection to link your games to an Xbox Live acct...or else the game won't play. Once linked to an acct., the game can't be played on another console w/o paying a fee. Bullshit!
