I reckon 2020-2021 for 9th generation consoles, as the desktop version of Navi is coming out next year with the mobile versions possibly in 2019. Consoles can only run mobile chips, as these are normally less power hungry, thus conforming to international laws on climate change… well unless your Donald Trump who doesn’t believe in global warming.
