This means nothing, of course.
The so-called “Xbox Live Operation Gaming Ninja” Eric Neustadter recently posted a teaser image a day ahead of the reveal of Microsoft’s next generation Xbox. Check it out below.

Of course, it does mean something. When you model your image based on Michelangelo’s The Creation of Adam, with technology replacing the hand of God, you’re arguably implying something. Like how technology has replaced God and all that fuss.
This could mean a lot of things, given that Microsoft is apparently set to reveal the new Kinect tomorrow along with a bevy of features and games for its next generation console. Or the entire presentation could just be peppered with Kinect. It’s hard to tell at this point.
The next Xbox has been the center of much rumour and postulating, especially since Microsoft has kept rather mum on the whole deal. It has been code-named Xbox 720, Infinity, Durango and many other such endearing terms.
