Yet still *exclusive* from any stand-point. If you want the exclusive deals you need the gaming console etc to play it.

For the record I welcome exclusives, but for Phil to talk about not wanting or liking DLC exclusives for xbox then why did MS allow The Division DLC *Underground and Survival* to have 30-day exclusivity on Xbox One.

A whole game exclusivity is different from DLC or game content exclusivity….
