I’m neither surprised by the initial statement or its “clarification” considering both the Xgimp proclivity to not buy games and MS’ utter confusion about what it’s doing or where it’s going.

It sounds like Phil is pulling the rope on his parachute well before hitting the ground. He’s throwing in the towel. Putting up the white flag. The Xbox One X preorder numbers were probably worse than I thought. This is not good for the Xbox brand. I originally thought that MS pushing crossplay between competing consoles was a last ditch attempt to save the Xbox brand, and now Phil says something totally out of left field like this. OMG. The Xbox brand is in worse shape than we thought.

“Microsoft might be willing to put their first party Xbox games on other consoles- the PS4, specifically, was name dropped”….*sounds like Spencer would be open to putting Microsoft’s big franchise games on PS4*…..LMAO!
