For gamers this is great news… we now have a real gamer in Microsoft’s Senior Leadership Team. Have non-gamers leading gaming divisions can only result into anti-consumer practices like: no backward compatibly and no cross-play.

PS: Phil had 700 hrs in Destiny 1 and is actively playing several games.
