Direct and easily recognized as a service for what it is. Groove isn’t a good name, or a good way to catch the interest of new customers. The basics seem to have escaped Microsoft’s marketing division, sack them, get some new blood.

I honestly believe that Satya Nadella knows where he wants to go, what he wants to accomplish, but someone needs to make sure they stick to one consistent vision. Right now it seems like a novice operation, look at what they’ve renamed Xbox Video as, Movies’ and TV…. Why?
