Don Mattrick was a complete jerk last year but when Phil Spencer took over as the new boss of Xbox it was the right thing for Microsoft to do. I want to see the Xbox One and the PS4 do well and I don’t want either of them to fail.

Well said Phil. As an Xbox owner, we need Phil to fight tooth n nail for the best games, best features, and services. But I think some gamers go wrong when they want their side to have everything, and the competition none. The only benefit outta that comes a (I guess) good feeling, that they chose properly. Lol. PS1 was my fave system of all time. Will the Xbox One give me that same feeling?! Possibly so with Phil’s moves.

He seems like a good guy and MS did the right thing to put him in charge of the Xbox division.Don Matrick hurt Xone from the start and that has a lot to do with it.I respect Spencer a lot actually he does say Kinect is vital which is nothing but PR bs.Overall though he has done a great job….other than buying TR for a limited time,great business decision for MS a really bad one for SE.Gamingbolt you guys are fanboys for MS so calling folks ”Fanboys” is hypocritical that is my two cents.
