					<description><![CDATA[Not surprising at all since last gen both consoles were in shortage conditions for at least 6 months.  They were using highly custom hardware so they were harder to make.  It was almost a full year before you could walk into any store on any day and know you could buy one...at least for the 360 it was.  The ps3 was tough to find for about 3 months but as penny arcade proved very funnily it wasn&#039;t that hard to get one.]]></description>
