think the main problm with cortana is that it needs to send that info off for processing and gets sent back i dont think its local… the same as my lumia 800 i say somethign into the microphone for a website the it has to send it off to a server and retrive it… no server no luck. whic is prolly why the local voice is a bit dodgy
