Can't wait for the embarassing Neo only getting 30FPS with dips like the embarassing P$4 at lower resolutions and with the same garbage textures and low graphics details, than the scorpibone even when that has garbage framerate as well.

And then Nintendo curbs $ony once more with the NX just like 2006 now partnering with Nvidia to destroy $ony's garbage consoles with no games. So many tears.

Pretty funny trying to compare this to any of the other 8.5 gen consoles coming too.

I'm not a fan of the Xbox One (currently), but the Slim is what the product definitely should have been on original release. If Sony did it with more powerful internals, the One should have been able to as well.
In this case, you are absolutely correct, this Slim is in no way similar to the NEO. It has more in common with the old circuit board revamps on the 360 line. The NEO will be a significant jump while the Scorpio will be absolutely massive (in comparison to the original POS One & Slim).

"especially since it almost sounds now like the Xbox One S is the kind of incremental upgrade on the original system that the PS4 NEO promises to be"

what are you guys smoking. Neo will have double the compute units, while X1 S remains the same. its only getting an improvement because of polaris gpu architecture and it being on 14nm
