Like my ps4 and x1 are up against the wall with the cables worked away in a box next to it No way I can attach a external hdd I would not even want it I prefer internal

sata 3 has no impact as no mechanical hard drive can come anywhere close to it. 7200rpm mechanicals can burst read to like 120MB a sec for a short time. sata 2 has a maximum capacity of 300MB/s. sata 3 600MB/s As for the wifi having ac isnt really useful unless your transferring large amounts of data. i suppose its main use is increased range but none of those things are useful for a gaming console as a selling point.
