U know I expect it to be 450-600 range. I do think they can get Ultra or Max settings on Scorpio but it’d be 1080p, possibly 1440p. No way in 4K tho. I’d take that personally

I don’t know I’ll like Scorpio to be all it can be and not have to be constrained due to the ps4pro. i’d say 600 is a good price for me assuming it comes with all the bells and whistle. $400 is a little scary for me, it just doesn’t seem like you can get a true beast of machine capable of high to ultra end pc gaming at that price but at 600 I’ll bite and I’d gladly pay.

Also I just don’t see Microsoft adjusting Scorpio’s price because of some guy who gets so many “prophecies” wrong. They know he’s bogus. In the recent past he had to apologize to Phil for twisting his words, I’m like dam man, ahaha. However, I actually hope Pachter’s right about Scorpio’s price point!

Yeah true. I remember GameTrailers used to give Pachter a segment on their channel, before they shut down. And I could never understand why he was on there lol. Now he has a name in gaming, so maybe GamingBolt’s getting him for traffic like u said. But not too long ago this guy predicted consoles were coming to an end soon!

He’s just trying to be relevant. My gripe however is why does this site continue to interview him considering is ever hardly correct. Other sites are staying far from his bogus predictions but I’m guessing Gamingbolt is just using these continuous interviews to boost their site.

I don’t think it’s hate. I think guys like these call out prices like this to force the hand of corporations like MS. By calling this price he has managed to spread this agenda and now there is so much debate on the topic calling for this price. He calls himself an analyst and has been wrong almost all the time but no one calls him out however big sites like IGN have clearly been distancing their site from him. Only small sites like this keep running to him hoping to grow their site.
