As you should know. The $500 price will not be permanent. The early adopters “tryhards” as you say. Will pay the $500 premium price. Then it will go down from there. I can’t believe you guys are sweating over $100..

Why argue your point with insults unless his explanation threatens your desired view of reality?. He wasn’t saying whatever he said, to YOU. Why are you so offended by his rationale? Are you worried that there are others out there who see what he sees, or others that are easily prone to agree with him? Why the insulting tone when it wasn’t really justified? Don’t worry son, I’m sure you’ll still have someone to play games with this November.

They overpriced the console despite it being a huge bargain for the components? You my friend are poor, greedy, and/ or entitled. Funniest part is that you add that you’d buy the PS4pro which gives minimal benefit over the PS4. I’d buy the Pro if I wanted a PS4 but I’m not poor so I’ll pay the premium for the minimal upgrade. But If you’re going to complain about price at least be rational and consistent. The Xbox X is a good price for what it is, a premium version of the Xbox One.

Example being I have an Xbox S with 2TB internal HDD. Would have trade that in, so basically having to downgrade to upgrade. Ummm, no.

If Microsoft priced the X at $400 or have at least a 2TB HDD, I would think on it.

But instead what will do is wait till Nov and finally purchase a PS4 Pro when Sony drops price, guessing $50-$100.

So what Microsoft did by overpricing the X model lost their change to “gain ground” in a bigger console install base. For every X they sell is a good chance a PS4 Pro shall be sold due to it being a lower price.

After that initial surge of the tryhards buying an X thinking it makes them MLG sweaties just not see the X moving all that well.

I could be wrong though. Time will tell.
