Their use of the word “and” implies they optimize for both console and PC. A fact we know is not true. That “optimize” statement is also in direct competition to the statement made that they target a “wide range of hardware”. They are absolutely NOT optimizing for a wide range of hardware.
They are ensuring basic compatibility across a wide range of hardware, but that has nothing to do with optimizing for hardware except in the most general sense. e.g. It runs but that’s it.
