In reply to LDX. Or they made more, had a late shipment (they're most likely made in China like everything else), they are cancelled preorders, etc. All are more likely than that MS is breaking consumer law by selling a used/refurbished item as new

In reply to Learned Handgun. Well, some people had a problem with Scorpio edition so they had to replace it with normal ones because scorpio is a limited edition they didn't have one in stock.
