Games comparison between Pro version vs X will be quite interesting. See if it will have a clear difference between the two version.

A clear difference could convince some consumers that the $100 difference ($150 by the end of the year ?) is acceptable and worth it.

Nevertheless, some players weren’t able to see the difference between 900p and 1080p, will they be able to see the difference between games on these two consoles ?

Produced in quantities not on the level of cheaper options, it’ll do fine by those of us who aren’t cash strapped. But, I don’t expect it will jump off the shelves and as long as MS has geared itself with that in mind, they’ll be happy with sales.

Pachter needs to buy himself a 4K HDR tv before he opens his mouth. He is obviously oblivious as to how terrible 4K HDR makes 1080p look. Someone also needs to let him know that the ps4 slo doesnt even have a 4K Blu-ray drive, he clearly hasnt gotten the memo yet.

This article, not only dose not only go against market research but is obviously a ploy to shoot down the Xbox One X console based only on its price tag. Yes it is cheaper to by the XB1 S. PS4 or the Pro but think for one moment that every console to date has been marketed toward new gamers and gamers that are not happy with the system they have because they know if you own an Xbox you would most likely buy an Xbox of the next gen as long as your happy, however this is not so with the Xbox One X. The Xbox One X is marketed toward gamers that game and want more than other gamers, yes Xbox One S or the Pro would do however a system that almost guarantees better frame rates at any resolution would be nice. No system including the Pro can do 1080p at 60fps without issues fps dropping so yes just based on what we have been told so far gamers that want more will buy it. Now forget what we have been told and lets just go for the hardware for a moment, if you wanted to build a PC with the same specs, using PC architecture it would cost about 1000 to build yourself, buying it built of course would cost more. That is using current tech using older tech you can get just over or just under the specs for about 800. So going of the specs your price for gaming on console is cheaper per specs on console, PCs have always been more expensive and more powerful but this is the first time any console has gotten this close to gaming PC specs, not there yet but considering that most PC games only need 4 to 8gb of ram to run properly though console architecture is way different. The Xbox One X has only been marketed toward gamers that spend more time and more money on games, so talking price tag and specs is not a downfall but an incentive to buy the console. Personally I think that there are two things that can “be the down fall” of the XBOX console first would be if they cant give what they have promised, second being if the console has launch issues such as not enough stock or failure because of the customized power for each console maybe if the evap cooler has issues those are issues that could cause the Xbox One X to be Xbox’s next failed console.
