Many people don’t realize that in order to meet demands, especially for holiday releases, these consoles began manufacturing closer to last fall. They aren’t going to just start manufacturing consoles 5 months from release. We’re not dumb here. Look at the MFR date on any of your release/ day one consoles, for instance…sure, you could have landed a later model, but the first batches begin close to a year out…or more.
