The Forza demo was Forza 6 equivalent. And heeeel no Scorpio won’t run all games at 4k 60fps! But it doesn’t need to,
Currently Scorpio demo is comparable to a 1070 and even GTX 1080, nuts. BattleFront 2 is said to be 4k 60fps on Scorpio by Shinobi and WindowsCentral.com Jez. Also they said Red Dead 2 will be 4k, I’m personally confident they’ll both be. But like u said who knows until we see.

Now wait until you see games from third parties. Games like Dark Souls 3 / Starwars Battlefront / Assassin’s Creed Syndicate / Titanfall 2 etc

You will see that not all games will run at 4K at 60fps at Ultra settings. The bottleneck will be the CPU ( same said for ALL current gen consoles ) but like always until the console is released people cannot tell 100% what is what.

But going by current bottleneck problems on current gen consoles it comes down to the low Jaguar CPU more than anything else.

My bad, Disqus was bugging. Anyway, of course the CPU will buckle under a certain load eventually, but the demo showed us what kind of performance we can expect from the CPU, it handled 4k 60fps, 20 cars, rain, collision, all at ultra settings! With headroom. Clearly Scorpio’s CPU has distanced itself from the Pro’s. There’s no evidence that Scorpio will bottleneck like the others, but to the contrary. If you feel it has a bottleneck, maybe u can point it out me?

That’s really my point. “It’s not just about speed”, yeah that’s what I was telling you brother, we can’t just observe the speed and conclude they perform the same….the features are different. Why do u say the CPU will be a bottleneck? Can u explain where? Cuz there’s no evidence of it presently, according to that Forza demo.

A patch isn’t going to make a platform suddenly being able to play Xbox 360 games. You must not know anything about PCs then. 360 uses a vastly different architecture to PCs, and then you have the licensing issues, and performance will be terrible because everyone will be using different hardware. And you don’t know what the exact price of the Scorpio is. For the record, even if it did cost $700, there is no PC on the planet that can do native 4K like the Scorpio can.

Btw I use my Windows 10 PC for work/uni and Windows 7 laptop for light gaming (Left for Dead, LoL, TF). And as I said before MS shouldn’t reveal new games now when there is a much bigger crowd waiting at E3.

This is a worry for me too. I bought into Xbone awaiting greatness and ..Still waiting.

Half the games MS showed off at E3 were either cancelled or when released relatively disappointing. Now everything is playable on Windows 10 PC so In My Opinion the Xbone has nothing to say *pick me over PS4 / PC* anymore.

And just like back the 360 days, it’s all Halo, Gears and Forza being repeated, with no new IP’s or full console exclusives in the last for four months of 2017.

I want new games, not old games in 4K thanks.

I have an Xbone so no need to buy into Scorpio just because of the power. I just want full console exclusives more than anything. R.I.P. Scalebound.

But still a CPU based on Jaguar no matter how you look at it.
It’s not a good jump up just like it wasn’t in PS4-Pro.

The truth is the CPU will be the bottleneck in games, just like PS4-Pro and ALL this gens consoles. It’s not just about *Speed*.
