In reply to Psionicinversion. I never claimed they had the most powerful system in the first damn place. The power is all in the games son. Get your message straight. If you ain't got all the good games to play, then you ain't got nothing, and as it stands right now, Scorpio ain't got no good games. Sony has it all over MS when it comes to games, console performance, and market penetration. Xbox Scorpio is gonna need a parachute to keep from falling flat on its face.

So in other words, the coming revolution of console VR gaming that began with triple A games like Resident Evil Biohazard, will begin and end with Sony being the sole innovators in the 8th gen of console gaming. MS this gen has been nothing but false promises, false advertising, cancellations, and disappointments. I can’t wait to hear what worthless vague nonsense that the head of Xbox will tweet next.

In reply to crazy_black_man-. its a core gpu feature fool. would be stupid to take it out plus it can also help out in game rendering to. like nvidias multi res shading which is a feature they were tooting for VR can also be used in games and theres a game that actually uses it where section all around the edges of the screen i think runs at 30% less resolution while the middle runs at full resolution or something and gains about 20% more performance.

polaris and vega chips have extra stuff built in them to help out with VR like multi rate shading so it will be in there just maybe they dont want to focus on it. |They should just be able to plug in a rift or vive and be ready to go plus there supposed to be developing cheaper VR alternatives to those products with hardware vendors.
