Those guys must be from the Xbox team. Panos Panay is the head of the entire hardware team at Microsoft which encompasses everything from phones to Surface to Xbox to fitness band etc. I am sure the Surface Team has worked on the custome cooling, the design and different other parts of the Xbox Scorpio. Though I am speculating but Panos is a magician. He can do anything. 🙂
