also the ps4 would not be able to run 60fps. how do you associate 44% increase in resolution over 900p = 100% more power needed for 60fps? math dont work out

You seem to be living in the past, assuming things are still the same. The 360 had an advantage over the PS3 with 3rd party multi-platform games due to the CELL being underused. But things have changed with the PS4.

It is the PS4 that is now king of the 3rd party multi-platform games and runs the majority of them better than the XB1. Even the games that don't run so well at launch, eventually come up to speed once patched and optimised properly. We saw that with AC Unity and The Witcher 3.

What you say is true. The Witcher 3 was not optimised well for PS4 when released. I agree it had nothing to do with the XB1 CPU running at a faster rate, because after all the patches it now runs great on PS4.

The PS4 optimisation was done after the games release so all credit to the dev for eventually delivering the goods. That gave the XB1 a brief moment of glory but in the long term the PS4 eventually wins due to the superior 1080p clarity once the frame rate is optimised.

2016 is certainly shaping up to be an utterly phenomenal year for PS4 AAA exclusives:
1)Horizon: Zero Dawn, 2)Uncharted 4, 3)The Last Guardian, 4)Gravity Rush 2, 5)Ni-Oh, 6)Gran Turismo 7 (already confirmed coming before 2017 by Kaz at PD), 7)Ratchet & Clank, 8)RIGS, 9)Yakuza 6 and 10)King of Fighters 14.

Sony London have been busy on a few things for a while, didn't release any major exclusives last generation, so they could be announcing something at Paris Games Week, both The Getaway and Eight Days never got canceled, so both could still be in development.
It's confirmed Bend have a new IP in development, this will most likely be announced at PSX in December.
Sucker Punch Productions have been working on a new game since Infamous Second Son shipped, they could have a new Infamous game or a new IP in the works, another PSX announcement most likely.
Cory Barlog already confirmed a new God of War is in development for PS4, but Santa Monica are a big studio and they have plenty of staff to be making multiple big AAA projects.
Naughty Dog are known to be working on something besides Uncharted 4, potentially a new The Last of Us, although that likely won't come until 2017.

Sony Japan are reportedly working on a huge Final Fantasy style RPG, which could be announced at PSX.
They're a huge studio, the biggest Sony has, besides this and Gravity Rush they could definitely have a couple of other big games that have been in development since Puppeteer and Knack shipped.

Quantic Dream have been working on a new IP for PS4 for well over 3 years at this point, that seems like a likely prospect to be announced at Paris.
Level 5 were meant to announce a new PS4 exclusive at E3, but it seems likely they'll announce whatever that is at either Paris or PSX in the coming months.

Capcom probably have some more PS4 exclusives in development besides Deep Down, maybe another new IP or a new Devil May Cry.

Tonnes of things could definitely happen at Paris Games Week or Playstation Experience. It's an awesome time to be a PS4 owner!

Dude you try way to hard, also i bet you most VR games will run at 1080p.Ps4 has 32 RoP's ''Render output Units'' which will help with rendering for VR.Also i am sure Playstation VR has some hardware that helps performance overall anyways.

apart from the fact VR NEEDS a framerate of 75 fps or higher. Higher the better

Your not getting last of us on VR. Tbh id be surprised if any AAA game on VR was more than 720p on PS VR
