It’s because you can’t bring back that feeling of admiration to the title without completely revolutionizing games all together. part of this games charm was the limitations of the N64, it was a great game by comparison to the titles of its day. You can’t bring that back so the next best thing is to recreate the title and see if updating it in small ways will help it live on.
