mgs as a series is actually a human civilization accomplishment.
i gotta say red dead was emotional. and resident evil when ada falls and barry too.

You forgot Ghost of War: Chain of Olympus, for PSP, when Kratos had to choose to return to the fight instead of stay with his daughter. Although he kills a lot of human and non-human in all of his games, this guy really suffers a lot !!!

SMT Persona 3 isn’t on this list because…? That game has at least twice the emotional impact of any of the games on this list.

In reply to Corey. Yes! I hated the controls for the the horse so much that it made me hate the horse. I was happy when it died, and angry when it turned out it was still alive.

you don’t play the game only to see the ending i hope?
the only game I got a tear is MGS4 the return to shadow mosses..
then the dramatic microwave scene, naomi dead.. aw man its to much i can’t handle it anymore.. (A)

Agree with Anzeh, MGS3’s ending made me cry, and it does each time I play it. 4 just doesn’t have that impact on me
