					<description><![CDATA[Yeah it seems there has been evidence that IW heads did do sum shady things while employed @ Activision, such as delayin 1 of their MW2 map packs so they didn&#039;t steal thunder from BFBC 2 map pack at the request of EA.  So although I luv IW I hope the lawsuit is an epic fail.]]></description>

Now that I know IW met with Activision I completely agree and support all of Activisons actions in the last year. The first thing your told when you are hired by a major company is if you are seen being interviewed or holding private meetings with the competition you can be fired on the spot, also, you usually have tio sign a clause that states you cannot be employed by the competition for a time period of x months. Its just the way the business world works...and if IW did in fact do the things Activision are claiming they did they deserved to get fired, its common business sense.]]></description>
