Assassin’s Creed Unity: Skill Tree Will Be Divided Into Stealth, Combat and Navigation

"The skill tree will reinforce the way the player plays the game," says Ubisoft's Alex Amancio.

Over the last few years, Ubisoft have made an effort to add role playing elements in their games. Watch Dogs had this expansive skill tree which allowed the players to carry out some crazy moves. With Assassin’s Creed Unity being built for modern gaming hardware, what kind of skill tree/set can we expect for Arno?

“First of all, the skill tree will reinforce the way the player plays the game. The skills the player will choose will define the path and the style of the avatar. And if the player plays with friends, he will be able to choose complementary skills. If, for example, I am the stealth player, I will choose skills and equipment that will fit this mission,” Alex Amancio, the game’s creative director said to GamingBolt.

“On the opposite, if your friend is specialized in combat, he will choose stronger weapons and armors. All in all, the player will be able to choose between three specialties: stealth, combat and navigation.” Assassin’s Creed Unity is due this October for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. For more information on the game, check out our wiki here.
