Batman Arkham Duo Remastered Coming to PS4 and Xbox One

A recent report suggests the first two Arkham games will be getting remastered.

Gotten sick of the remasters yet? If not, you’ll be happy to know that after the release of Batman: Arkham Knight in June, Warner Bros. will be releasing remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City on the PS4 and Xbox One.

This is according to IGN Italy which says that both remastered games will be out on PS4 and Xbox One by Christmas. No information was offered regarding Batman: Arkham Origins which was developed by WB Games Montreal for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

As of now, there’s no confirmation from Warner Bros. about these remastered versions so we’ll need to stay tuned for more information. Both games were critically acclaimed and sold very well, cementing the Arkham franchise as the best comic book-based video game franchise thus far.

Batman: Arkham Knight releases on June 10th for the PS4, Xbox One PC after initially being delayed from September 2013. Will this be the year of the Bat? We’ll find out soon enough.
