Battlefield 3 Premium Service hits a huge milestone and revenue

According to EA’s Q4 FY13 financial results today Battlefield 3 Premium service has surpassed the 3.5 million mark.

Battlefield 3 Premium service has already generated over $120 million in revenue over the course of the March quarter, EA has said.

The Premium service gives the players an access to all of the five Battlefield 3’s expansions and Downloadable Content packs. The five DLC packs are: Back to Karkand, Armored Kill, Aftermath, Close Quarters and Endgame. Endgame is the latest and last of the downloadable packs that EA has released. It includes four new maps, three new vehicles including the dirt bike, a Dropship that provides support for ground troops and the return of a good old classic Capture the Flag mode.

A sequel to Battlefield 3 will be releasing later this year in the fall, along with a new and tweaked out version of the Battlelog.
