Its worked on PC this way all the time. I assume the joining method is the same except its for PSN.

II’m rarely able to finish a match with 400% tickets on ps3 especially operation locker ,its only 24 players why can’t they optimize the old gen

You cant chat like on bf3 while in squad lobby
And its no server browser yet ,just quick matches

Also you have always been able to see what game your friends are in through multiplayer or in your battleog within the game. You can join directly from there or if you want you can join directly from party chat if all else fails for you !

I asked him how, and he said it showed him the server I was on and he just picked it and joined my squad mid match. I personally haven’t tried it but the guy I was playing with sounded like he was about 12-14 yrs old. I mean if he could figure it out I imagine I can’t be too hard to figure out. Right? lol.
