More new details about From Software’s Bloodborne are coming out prior to the game’s release worldwide. First EDGE revealed in its most recent cover story that the action RPG’s playtime averages more than 40 hours without multiplayer or the random Chalice Dungeons. Now, director Hidetaka Miyazaki is telling MCV that there will be a New Game Plus mode for those craving a bigger challenge.
“Yes, there will be a New Game Plus mode. We’re having trouble beating it, though.”
You’ll keep all of your hard-earned weapons and upgrades but the overall difficulty of enemies will be much tougher. And the fact that the developer is struggling with completing it means that it most certainly will be tougher.
Bloodborne is out on March 24th in North America and March 27th in the UK for the PS4. Will you be picking it up? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
