Cities: Skylines Free to Play on Steam Till February 11th

All versions and additional content have been discounted till February 12th.

If you’ve ever wanted to give Cities: Skylines a try, now’s your chance. The building sim will be free to play on PC via Steam until February 11th. Those who remain addicted beyond this point can avail of discounts till February 12th like a 75 percent discount on the base game.

You can also pick up the Cities: Skylines Deluxe Edition for $9.99, which is a 75 percent discount from its original asking price. The Upgrade Pack and Collection Bundle are also discounted by 75 percent and 54 percent respectively. Along with the additional content – including DLC like Natural Disasters, Concerts, Snowfall, After Dark, Green Cities and more – Cities: Skylines also boasts mod support and Steam Workshop integration.

Having released in 2015 for PC, the game quickly garnered acclaim from critics thanks to its deep and rewarding mechanics. The lack of a significantly fun building title and the disappointment with SimCity following its 2013 release helped Cities: Skylines stand out all the more.
