1) it’s no true 4K, not even close… 1440p to be exact.

2) frame rate is 30 fps and not even stable at the moment. For sure Sony may patch that, but lower the resolution and not even aim 60fps it’s disappointing… not even keep stable 30fps it’s shameful.
