Dead Space Franchise Alive and Well, According to EA

Confirms that initial rumours are patently false.


After a report from Videogamer indicated that Visceral Montreal was closed down and Dead Space 4 cancelled due to the poor performance of the recently released third game, EA immediately responded by saying that the franchise was alive and well.

An EA spokesperson has already stated that, “While we have not announced sales for Dead Space 3, we are proud of the game and the franchise remains an important IP to EA.
