Metro: Last Light, arguably the best shooter released this year (and in a good while, actually) has been a resounding critical and commercial success for publisher Deep Silver, who acquired the IP from THQ after the latter went bankrupt; now, Deep Silver has announced the ‘Tower Pack,’ for the lauded shooter, the second DLC released for the game since its launch earlier this year.
The Tower Pack is almost exactly what it sounds like, as it involves players fighting their way up several, increasingly heavily guarded floors of a tower to reach the top. The mode comes with its own leaderboards, so you can see where you stand globally.
The Tower Pack will cost just $4.99 / £3.99 / €4.99, and is the second of four planned DLC packs for the seminal first person shooter. After that, 4A Games and Deep Silver have promised that the series will continue, so expect a third Metro game sometime soon.
