Bungie and Activision probably did this because destiny was a new ip and they needed the foundation to make it successful immediately considering how much they spent on it. It will certainly be different for destiny 2 considering the momentum between Xbox and PlayStation is shifting again.

as a xbox/pc gamer i could care less about hawkmoon only on ps4 but dlc shouldnt be exclusive imo.skins guns im cool with but not dlc.you put out dlc to make money why wouldnt it on the other platforms?

i for one would love to see destiny 2 on pc at 1080p/60fps.destiny 2 would make a killing on pc.i for one would buy it on pc over xbox.

They should at least scale it back to a reasonable time period…like a month.

As an xbox owner, i refused to get that much into Destiny exactly because it felt i was a second class citizen. I mean…a year exclusivity for some content when they are charging me the same price is down right insulting.

Why drop it when I own a PS4 as well as other consoles to choose what game offers me more. No point in crying about it as it is what it is.
