Destiny, the hyper divisive first person shooter set in a far flung future has received an update! And it contains tons of stuff, so that’s nice. While the majority of the patch was geared towards making the raids more difficult (I’m guessing they were too easy?) and fixing the server stability which has been unreliable for lack of a better word.
There have been a few other tweaks made to the game though, these weren’t announced until Bungie piped up. They are:
Flight of Shadows – It’s a consumable that “changes the appearance of your respawn” for a total period of 24 hours. Making it just another vanity item really. The quote goes “Are you the the nightmare of a dead one?” makes me think of Cthulu if I’m being honest.
There’s the Jackolyte which lets you equip a pumpkin head! Fun stuff.
Sparrow updates are variations on previous models and go like so:
S-30 Tumble
S-31 Nightfall
S-32 Snowflake
S-33 Dragonrider
