Xur has returned to the Tower in Bungie’s Destiny, one of the many weeks he’ll be visiting before it’s destroyed in Destiny 2. You can find him near the Crucible Quartermaster where he will remain until April 2nd, 2 AM PST.
This week, Xur is carrying Ruin Wings (Titan gloves), Fr0st-EE5 (Hunter boots) and Astrocyte Verse (Warlock helm), each for 13 Strange Coins. The former two are useful though Fr0st-EE5 wins out with its reduced cooldown on melee and grenades when you’re sprinting. Astrocyte Verse has been among Exotics that fans want a buff for but it doesn’t seem to be happening yet.
The Exotic weapon for this week is No Land Beyond, a primary sniper rifle with bolt-action firing that costs 23 Strange Coins. It’s useful in the Crucible, even with the increased flinch added to it, and can reliably head-shot Guardians if you’re good enough. The Legacy Engram, meanwhile, is for Year One boots at 29 Strange Coins.
