					<description><![CDATA[So annoyed with the PC/Console debates.  If a dev solely catered to the High End PC crowd (the one that is stated that can easily hit 1080p/60fps), then that dev would fail to deliver 1080p/60fps on a PC.  The main reason is that devs try to push the hardware too far, and with tight deadlines, they don&#039;t have the time to optimize it enough to get it to the golden standard.


PC users get the benefit that most games on a PC are actually targeted for hardware that isn&#039;t top of the line.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[&#039;&#039;Again this is fairly public knowledge that the GPU in the Xbox One is weaker in terms of ROP Count compared to the PlayStation 4&#039;&#039; the Gpu has more than a ROP advantage,the main reason why Ps4 has 32 ROP is for VR,not because of 1080p.That said with 32 ROP you can get better AA but judging by the power difference of both of the GPU&#039;s AA on Ps4 is only the same or slightly better compared to Xone.]]></description>
